Content & Copyright Policy
Last updated: August 2026
BTechVault allows students to share study material with other students. Because uploaded files are contributed by users, this policy explains what may be uploaded and how copyright concerns are handled.
What you may upload
- Notes, summaries, lab work, or other material you created yourself.
- Material that you have clear permission or a licence to redistribute.
- Academic material whose copyright holder has explicitly permitted redistribution.
What you must not upload
- Pirated textbooks, paid course material, or copied commercial content without permission.
- Files containing private or sensitive personal information belonging to another person.
- Material that violates copyright, privacy, law, or another person's rights.
Copyright complaints and takedowns
If you are a copyright or rights holder and believe a file on BTechVault infringes your rights, email support@btechvault.in with the URL of the file, a description of the material, and enough information for us to understand the claim. We will review legitimate reports and may remove or restrict access to the reported material.
Review of user submissions
BTechVault may review, restrict, or remove uploaded material that appears to violate this policy or applicable law. Users should report questionable material rather than assuming that an uploaded file is authorised simply because it appears on the site.
